Now Available: Shopify Product Catalog Sync for Yext

Shoppers have questions about your products, and your ability to answer will determine if they buy or if they bounce. But with rapid changes to your business, it can be hard to keep your product information consistently up-to-date.

That's why we are thrilled to announce that Shopify Product Catalog Sync is now live available in the App Directory. Now, any change made to your product data in these platforms will sync automatically to the Yext Knowledge Graph. That means your search experiences are instantly populated with updated and accurate product information that drives shoppers further down the funnel.

Installation Instructions

1 Navigate to the Shopify Product Catalog Sync app in the Yext App Directory and click "Install.
2 You will be redirected to the Yext Product Catalog Sync in Shopify's App Store.
3 Click "Add app.
4 Log in to your Shopify store (your-shopify-URL.myshopify.com).
5 Enter your Shopify credentials to authorize the app to access your Shopify account.
6 Review the requested permissions and allow Yext to access your product information by clicking "Install app."

7 Click "Install on Yext.
8 Enter your Yext credentials to authorize the app to access your Yext account
9 Configure your account according to your preference.

  • Select the ID field to map your Shopify products: Entity ID or Shopify Product ID
  • Select the Product Status: Active only OR All statuses

10 Click "Save.
11 You are now syncing your Shopify products into Yext!
